SHIPPING
Shipments are mailed on Thursdays.
All orders submitted by Monday at 11:59pm pacific time will be shipped out the same week on Thursday. Please understand that if your order is placed any time after 11:59pm PST on Monday, the shipment will go out the FOLLOWING Thursday of the following week.
We ship via USPS. Tracking number will be emailed by 9pm PST Thursday.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
CUSTOMS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are.
We offer two types of returns; a Replacement or a Store Credit.
- REPLACEMENT: Products are eligible for a replacement if you received the wrong products.
- STORE CREDIT: Products are eligible for a store credit if you decide you don’t want the item(s) within 30 days of purchase date/ date payment was made. Returned products must be unopened, with seal still attached. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CONTAINERS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND/OR USED.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.
Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by Acne Expert Skincare. We reserve the right to deny store credit on products purchased and returned more than once.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a store credit and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Buyer does not have the right to redistribute products.
